Whether for a stroll in the family for a weekend or for a more daring adventure spanning several weeks, hiking requires a minimum of preparation and organization. Discover tips for a good start.
To enjoy hiking, the best season is probably fall by its rich colors and subtle but bearable temperature. You’ll also more likely to see small wildlife during your walk in this season. As against, plan a windbreaker and a sweater, not leave you surprised by differences in temperature.
In terms of food, thinking that walking is a physical activity that requires extra energy.
